Despite the great location and Marta access, a low effort revenue property with lots of frustrating maintenance issues from burned out light bulbs, a malfunctioning breaker, noisy plumbing, and a dusty bathroom. A confusing mix of automated responses and people; an attempt to skirt AirBnB platform policy and push check in to a 3rd party website that required having Airbnb support remind the hosts of the rules. A mediocre experience overall.

My bathroom was messed up , it was a smell that smell like something is dead when you walk in the front door plus I seen a lot roaches and nats !! My toilet felt like it was gonna just fall apart when I used it . The dishes still had mouth marks on them like that haven’t been wash just put back in the cabinets .

We stayed at Jason’s 3-bedroom house on the east side of Atlanta and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The house is quiet, clean, and well maintained. All appliances were available and working, and the place felt comfortable and well set up for a family stay. We did have some difficulty initially understanding how the heating system worked. When we reached out, Jason was polite but responses were a bit slow and often relayed through his team, which meant it took some time before we got clear guidance. That said, by the next day we figured out the system ourselves and everything worked perfectly, so this wasn’t a major issue in the end. One small note is that although check-in time was 4:00 PM and the house was marked as ready, we had to wait until about 5:00 PM as cleaning was still in progress when we arrived. Once completed, the house was very clean and comfortable. Overall, the staff was kind, the home was well done, and we enjoyed our stay. I would be happy to stay here agai
